Donation Refund Policy

Vidya Ke Bharose takes the utmost care to process donations as per the instructions given by our donors, online. However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous donation or if the donor would like to cancel his donation, the Foundation will respond to the donor within 60 working days of receiving a valid request for refund from the donor. The timely refund of the donation will depend upon the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction. The donor will have to send the Trust a written request for a refund within 1 days of making the donation to the Foundation s official address or email us to vidhyakebharose@gmail.com along with payment receipt and person details necessary for initiating refund.

Data Retention

We seek to retain Personal Information only as needed to fulfil the purposes as described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulations.

Other Disclosures

We may disclose information as required by law, when needed to protect our rights, privacy, safety, property, donors or users and as and when necessary to enforce our terms of services.
